Established in 1976 by Bruno & Elvira Capogreco, we are a family owned and operated boutique winery estate and vineyard located in Mildura, Australia.
The Capogreco family history for viticulture and winemaking dates back six generations to approximately 1821, in a small village called Rossellina in Calabria, Italy. This is the place where Bruno learned his craft for winemaking from his family.
Wine was made and supplied to the region, and the technique of making the best quality wines were simple. Grapes were used from the family vineyard, and the wine was made in a small cellar where it aged with grace and distinction.

Our Vineyard
Mildura is located in the Murray Darling wine region, in North West Victoria, near the NSW border.
This area has a Mediterranean climate with long sunshine hours and low humidity, which is ideal for growing wine grapes. Therefore the need for corrections to the wine using additions are kept to a minimum. Due to our dry climate, minimal cover spraying against disease is required.
